We are currently expanding our team and are looking for enthusiastic individuals that want their own business with a passion for travel and excellent customer service skills to join us as remote Travel Agents. and work with their own agency
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning and organizing their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients' inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends, destinations, and travel regulations to provide accurate information and advice to clients.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best deals and negotiate rates on behalf of clients.
- Handle bookings, reservations, and payments efficiently and accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home.
- Citizens or Residents of México, Estados Unidos, Australia , Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica,España, Panama. Chile, Perú.
